Return Conditions

If you wish to return a product, please contact our customer service team at +370 621 70472 or email us at besinfo@luxemane.lt. We will provide you with the necessary documentation for the return process.

Eligible Returns

You can return a product within 14 days of purchase if:

  • The product is returned in its original, undamaged packaging.
  • The product has not been used or damaged by the buyer.
  • The product retains all original labels, protective films, and tags.
  • The product is returned in full set, as received.
  • The product is not defective due to the buyer’s fault.

Non-Returnable Items

The following products cannot be returned:

  • Products that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
  • Products returned without prior notification or agreement.
  • Items that have been intentionally or negligently damaged by the customer.
  • Products specified under Lithuanian Civil Code 6.22810(2), such as sealed hygiene or health-related items, perishable goods, audio or video recordings, and software where the packaging has been unsealed.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at besinfo@luxemane.lt or call +370 621 70472. Attach photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will either replace the item or provide a full refund.

Refunds

You can receive your refund through one of the following methods:

  • Bank Transfer – The amount will be refunded to your bank account.
  • Luxe Mane Store Credit – If you opt for a refund via store credit, the return service is free.

Returns via Parcel Lockers

If you wish to return your product via a DPD parcel locker, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at +370 621 70472 or besinfo@luxemane.lt.
  2. We will provide you with a return code and all necessary details.
  3. Locate the nearest DPD parcel locker.
  4. Enter the provided PIN code and place the parcel inside the locker.
  5. Return shipping fee: €4.20 (deducted from your refund amount).
  6. Receive your refund once the return is processed.
