1. General Provisions
1.1. These terms and conditions for the purchase and sale of goods, upon the Customer’s acceptance (i.e., after reviewing the Terms and checking the box next to the link "I agree with LuxeMane.lt purchase terms" on the Website), constitute a legally binding document for both parties. This document establishes the rights and obligations of the Customer and/or Buyer and the Seller, the conditions and procedures for purchasing goods and making payments, as well as the terms and conditions of delivery and return of goods, the liability of the parties, and other provisions related to the purchase and sale of goods on the Website.
1.2. The Seller provides Customers with the ability to select and order goods (by submitting an order), as well as to enter into a contract for the purchase of goods on the Website, which is accessible seven (7) days a week.
1.3. The sale of goods and delivery of purchased goods are conducted only within the territory of the Republic of Lithuania.
1.4. The right to purchase goods on the Website is granted to:
1.4.1. Legally capable individuals, i.e., persons who have reached the age of majority and whose legal capacity is not restricted by applicable laws;
1.4.2. Minors aged fourteen to eighteen years, only with parental or guardian consent, except when they independently dispose of their income or are emancipated;
1.4.3. Legal entities represented by a person acting in accordance with the founding documents of that legal entity;
1.4.4. Authorized representatives of any of the above-mentioned persons, who present a document confirming the right to act on behalf of such a natural or legal person (power of attorney, proxy, etc.).
1.5. All contracts for the purchase of goods on the Website are concluded in the Lithuanian language. The essential contract terms and information regarding the ordered goods are provided to the Buyer (1) at the time of placing the order on the Website; (2) in an automatically generated electronic message from the Seller with the subject "[LuxeMane.lt] Order Confirmation," sent to the Buyer’s specified email address after the order is placed; and/or (3) upon the Buyer’s request, in another durable medium, included with the invoice in the shipment with the goods.
2. Ordering Goods
2.1. Customers can order goods on the Website in two ways:
2.1.1. By registering on the Website (creating an account) and logging into their account using their email address and password;
2.1.2. By ordering goods without registering an account (as a guest), but providing personal information in the order confirmation form in accordance with the Website's tools.
2.2. When placing an order, the Customer must provide the necessary personal information for proper fulfillment of the order: name, surname, delivery address, phone number, and email address. By placing an order and expressing agreement with the "I agree with LuxeMane.lt purchase terms," the Buyer unconditionally confirms that they have the right to purchase goods on the Website and to enter into a contract for their acquisition.
2.3. In all cases, before confirming the order, the Buyer must review the current version of the terms and conditions applicable at the time of order placement and express their agreement with them.
3. Moment of Contract Formation
3.1. A contract for the purchase and sale of goods is considered concluded between the Buyer and the Seller from the moment the Buyer receives an automatically generated electronic message from the Seller with the subject "[LuxeMane.lt] Order Confirmation."
3.2. Together with the Buyer’s order submitted on the Website, these Terms and Conditions become a binding legal document between the Buyer and the Seller.
