Delivery Methods, Conditions, and Costs

DPD Pickup Lockers

Orders are delivered within 1-2 business days, depending on the chosen locker’s availability. Packages are stored for up to 3 days.

  • Cost: €2.90 for orders under €39.95. Free for orders above €39.95.

OMNIVA Parcel Lockers

Orders are delivered within 1-2 business days. In larger cities, deliveries are available on Saturdays. Packages are stored for up to 7 days.

  • Cost: FREE until 03.23

ITELLA Parcel Terminals

Orders are delivered within 1-2 business days, depending on terminal availability. Packages are stored for up to 7 days.

  • Cost: €2.90 for orders under €39.95. Free for orders above €39.95.

VENIPAK Parcel Lockers / Pickup Points

Orders are delivered within 1-2 business days, depending on locker availability. Packages are stored for up to 3 days.

  • Cost: €2.90 for orders under €39.95. Free for orders above €39.95.

LP EXPRESS Parcel Lockers

Orders are delivered within 1-2 business days. In larger cities, deliveries are available on Saturdays. Packages are stored for up to 3 days.

  • Cost: €2.90 for orders under €39.95. Free for orders above €39.95.

DPD Courier Delivery

Orders are delivered within 1-2 business days. No deliveries on weekends or public holidays.

  • Cost: €4.50 for orders under €39.95. Free for orders above €39.95.
  • Deliveries to Curonian Spit (Kuršių Nerija) are subject to an additional charge of €17.38.

Parcel Lockers – Convenient and Flexible

OMNIVA, ITELLA, VENIPAK, and LP EXPRESS parcel lockers allow you to pick up your order at a time that suits you best. Once your parcel arrives, you will receive an SMS notification. Important: Please provide an accurate phone number, as all delivery information will be sent via SMS.

About DPD Courier Delivery

DPD offers flexible delivery options, allowing you to specify:

  • Exact delivery address
  • Mobile phone number
  • Preferred time slot (in select cities)

For major cities (Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda, Šiauliai, Panevėžys, Alytus, Marijampolė, Tauragė, Telšiai, Utena), delivery time slots are available from 8:00 - 12:00 or 18:00 - 22:00.

Damaged Shipments or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged package or notice an issue when picking up your parcel, please document the damage by taking clear photos and report it within 3 calendar days:

Unnoticed Packaging Damage or Missing Items

If external or internal damage is noticed later, please take photos of both the external package and the damaged item and report the issue within 3 calendar days to besinfo@luxemane.lt. The return and replacement process will be initiated accordingly.
